Privacy

What happens to your data when you use this site.

Order files stay on your device

Order Rescue reads the selected CSV in browser memory and analyzes it in a background worker. The application has no file-upload endpoint and does not send CSV contents to our server, analytics services or AI providers.

What is retained

Uploaded CSV data is not saved to local storage or cookies. Clear data removes the current data and report from the application; refreshing or closing the page discards it. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them.

The exported review report

By default the report includes order ID, issue type, severity, explanation and suggested action. It does not copy unrelated columns such as customer names or addresses. Order IDs may still be sensitive, so share reports only with people who need them.

Website requests and hosting

Opening the website requests its HTML, styles, scripts and sample files from the hosting provider. That provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser information, according to its own policies. The site includes no external analytics scripts.

Search, advertising and analytics

Search filters the catalog in your browser. A submitted query appears in the URL and may remain in browser history and hosting logs. Do not enter private information. No advertising or analytics scripts are currently installed, and the site sets no cookies of its own. This notice and any required consent controls must be reviewed before adding them.

Contact services

If configured, Telegram and Viber links open those services. Messages you send there are subject to those services’ policies. Do not send personal customer information unless it is necessary and you have established an appropriate way to handle it.
